[HIGHLIGHTS] Microsoft-Activision deal allowed by the EU – Call of Duty is not so important

The EU Commission approved the Microsoft-Activision deal on May 15. The purchase was nodded off after Microsoft made concessions on some critical points.

The biggest point of contention was licenses in cloud gaming. Microsoft agreed to award the cloud licenses for all Activision games to competitors as well.
