The Ministry for Enterprises and Made in Italy has signed the authorization for the sale of the Termini Imerese business unit of Blutec. "We are determined so that a new phase of development can begin that marks the new industrial policy of the country", says Minister Adolfo Urso.
The special commissioners will now be able to publish the call for tenders to receive offers from companies interested in acquiring the company. "This procedure - underlines Urso - is part of the initiatives that the ministry is putting in place"
