Russian military bloggers wrote that US-made precision missiles loaded with cluster munitions caused all those victims. The general was also killed, along with other officers and commanders, according to reports in Russia and Ukraine. The incident occurred at the Trudovskoye base, in Donetsk, at 9 am on Tuesday morning.
