This was stated by the spokeswoman of the Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, adding that a note in this regard had already been sent to Ukraine through a channel established via Belarus. The communication does not concern the attack on the Crocus City Hall, for which investigations are still ongoing and which will therefore be the subject of a separate note.
