Paris, Reuters reported, has delivered to Beirut a plan to end hostilities with Israel which involves the retreat of the Hezbollah militias 10 km from the border. "These diplomatic proposals do not take into consideration the needs of Lebanon and Israel and propose a compromise... no! These proposals take the security needs of Israel and proposing them in Lebanon," Nasralla said.
