The CTERA union is carrying out a national teaching strike this Thursday. The Government questioned the measure and has already warned that it will discount the day for those who adhere.
It occurs in the midst of an escalation of conflict with the state. The strike is in rejection of the elimination of the National Teacher Incentive Fund (FONID) and in the absence of a call to the parity. The union also announced press conferences and actions to "make visible the serious educational situation"
