New sanctions for the tax authorities, inspired by the principle of proportionality. Anyone who pays within 60 days if the rule was uncertain is not punishable.
Draft legislative decree, seen by ANSA, rewrites the sanctions system. It will arrive in the Council of Ministers tomorrow and will be on the agenda of the Council of Ministers. The decree is expected to be "increased by up to double against anyone who, in the three years following the entry into force of the sentence, has committed another violation of the same nature"
