With a total of 77.8 points, Rewe received a quality rating of “good,” according to the German Institute for Service Quality. With 74.3 points, Edeka secured second place in the survey. However, with a score of 71.4, KauFland only ends up in seventh place. Customer satisfaction appears to be even lower at the companies Famila and K+K Klaas & Kock.
