Customers are quite satisfied with the quality of the food, especially its freshness and taste. But there is still room for improvement in prices, according to the German Institute for Service Quality. The result differs greatly from the assessment of the German Society for Consumer Studies (DtGV) from 2022. In this ranking, KauFland took first place, Famila took third place.
