The Rav Kook complex in Neve Tzedek combines 2 modern buildings and 3 buildings for strict preservation. The buildings for preservation include the historic synagogue established by Rabbi Kook about 140 years ago.

The complex will include an entire floor of unique facilities on an area of 600 square meters intended for the residents of the complex only. Facilities include a heated swimming pool, treatment rooms, Turkish bath and dry sauna, a wellness area for Pilates and yoga sports and a state-of-the-art gym.
