The South is growing, but with only 3 virtuous Regions, Puglia, Campania and Sicily, which cover all the pathologies considered. For breast cancer, the first three centers in terms of number of operations are the European Institute of Oncology - Ieo in Milan, with 2635 operations per year. For prostate cancer, in the top three positions are the Careggi University Hospital of Florence with 726 operations a year.
