The crew of the cargo ship rescued a cart carrying 139 migrants, including a woman, who they said had left from Sabratha in Libya. It is the third episode, and the missing number rises to 5 (including a 15-month-old girl from Cameroon and a15-year-old from Guinea), in the space of 3 days.
