Never take more than one gram per dose, no more than four grams per day (three per day for self-medication) and space out six-hour shots. There is, however, an antidote, N-acetylcysteine, which is administered in the emergency room. In 2021, an investigation, carried out by Ofma (French Observatory of Analgesic Medicines), concluded that there was imperfect knowledge of medicines containing par acetamol.
