The 31 implementing texts of the pension reform will be published before September 1, the date of entry into force of the reform. The government and the administration are under pressure to put to music a reform rejected by the unions and a large part of the public.

The unions are keeping an eye on the grain and will not fail to rush into the slightest legal breach when the decrees are published. Two draft decrees have already been drafted by the services of the ministry, and are currently subject to consultation, including with the National Old-Age Insurance Fund.
