Pesticides and toxins: the least contaminated rice according to 60 million consumers. In its February issue, the magazine evaluated the composition of 40 rice references available on the market to detect the presence or absence of pesticides and other toxins.
The study screened 14 references of basmati rice, 10 of Thai rice,. 10 of long grain rice and 6 of Camargue rice, all present in supermarkets and specialized organic stores. In addition to being pesticide-free, the best rice is also noted for its inorganic arsenic and low levels of aflatoxins.
