The government is considering a tightening of the controls of the accounting magistrates. The association of accounting judges expresses 'bewilderment and amazement at possible limitations' (ANSA).

The government is working on a series of amendments to be included in the decree on the PNRR. The measure is being examined by the Constitutional Affairs and Labor committees of the Chamber. Among the amendments, there would be one concerning the "concomitant control" by the Court of Auditors and one on the extension of the so-called tax shield.
