Pro-life protesters took to the streets in Rome on a rainy and gloomy day armed with banners reading "We want life" and anti-abortion signs. Present families with children and also many priests.
Families, priests and nuns parade with flags and signs such as "Abortion equals dead boys and girls", "Better in arms than on conscience", "Abolish 194", "Hail Mary" is sung and photos of St. John Paul II are raised. In Piazza San Giovanni will be held the second part of the event with a series of testimonies.
