In the first two months of the year, according to Oice data, the total value of the technical services put up for tender amounted to only 148.1 million, with a drop of 72.3% on the same two-month period of 2023. The tenders for services technical publications published in the European Journal (above the EU threshold of 215,000 euros) are 109, for a value of 113.0 million.
In February 2024, 184 notices above the threshold were published, and in comparison with February 2023 they report a decrease of -66.2% in number.
