Rai Way wants to consolidate the national tower market. CEO of Rai Way, Roberto Cecatto, said this during a conference call with analysts.
An integration between Rai Way and EiTowers has "a strategic and industrial rationale" But it is "a rationale that must be more precisely quantified and evaluated also in relation to the possible terms and conditions" of a merger, Cecatto said in an interview with ANSA. The government could pass a decree to allow to Rai to drop below 30% of the tower company.
