Queen Camilla made her first public appearance since the announcement of Charles III's cancer on February 5, 2023 and that of Kate Middleton on March 22, 2024. During a visit to a farmers' market, the sovereign was able to chat with some of the supporters present.

She reportedly declared that the Princess of Wales was “delighted” with all the support the public had shown her. The Queen is preparing to replace King Charles III at the Maundy Thursday mass, which will be held on March 28.
