Berlin authorizes from April 1 the consumption and cannabis cultivation, while Strasbourg and Paris are the only two cities in France to have a consumption room at lower risk. “The city of Strasbourg has been a pioneer for several mandates in terms of risk reduction and the fight against addictions, with a policy that has set a precedent at the national, European and international level,” she underlines.
