On German motorways, there is only a recommended speed, which is 130 km/h. In Switzerland and Spain, on the other hand, you have to drive a little slower on motorways. Daytime driving with lights on is also mandatory in many European countries, in contrast to Germany. In Germany, however, there are also rules that probably hardly anyone knows: in Bavaria you are not allowed to wash your car.
