Rodolphe Saadé signs a purchase promise to buy BFM TV. His CMA CGM group signs agreement with a view to acquiring Altice Media, owned by Patrick Drahi.
The acquisition would be carried out jointly by the CMA and Merit France, at 80% and 20% respectively, on the basis of an enterprise value of €1.55 billion. More information to come, says the French shipowner in a press release. The CMA is owned by Franco-Lebanese billionaire RodolpheSaadé.
