Roman artichoke festival, becomes ice cream to innovate - Fairs and Events. From today to April 10th the third edition of the Capitoline Festival (ANSA) is underway.

The gastronomic ice creams based on sheep's ricotta, white chocolate and artichokes, the cheesecake and theArtichoke sorbet alla giudìa from the artisans of the Italian Ice Cream Makers Association will debut. The initiative is conceived by Confesercenti and promoted by the Ministry of Agriculture.
