Russian drone hits house, kills family of 5 in Sumy. Previously the administration of Nova Sloboda had announced that two civilians had been killed in a Russian attack.
The house was destroyed and a fire broke out. Police recorded 300 Russian attacks per day in the Sumy region. Subsequently the city council declared that "starting at 4 in the morning, Russian terrorists began bombing the civilian population, with drones and artillery. One drone hit a building with five civilians," the council said.
