This Saturday is World Physical Activity Day, on the eve of World Health Day. The prevalence of sedentary lifestyle increases in people over 65 years of age.

More than half of people over that age do not do enough physical activity. Many cite "lack of time" as the main barrier. Sedentary lifestyle has become a true pandemic worldwide, says one expert. The recommendation to do strength training at least twice a week is 60 minutes of moderate or vigorous aerobic physical exercise per week.
