Six months of consultation with all staff (health professionals, paramedical, logistics, technical, etc.) patients and their representatives have just ended. This results in ten commitments aimed at making life and the care pathway easier for patients.
These promises are part of broader actions, launched in 2023, and called “30 levers for acting together” They also aim to improve the still very degraded working conditions of caregivers. The deadlines generally set at the end of 2024, 2025 or 2026 at the latest.
