The Rhododendron Park in Bremen has the largest collection of rhododendrons and azaleas in the world with 650 wild forms and 3,500 cultivated varieties. The mountain garden in Hanover Herrenhausen is one of the oldest botanical garden collections in Germany and has 3,000 species and 1,000 hybrids.
