Quintet from Brighton superimposes dark and realistic lyrics on charming and bushy instrumental parts by breaking free from the codes of pop with audacity. "We really tried to come up with something that is out of our habits," says Ollie Judge, singer and drummer of the band.

The tracks of the record have long existed in the form of instrumentals before being equipped with texts. "I found the lyrics very difficult to write, this time. Sometimes I finished them just before recording my voice," he says under the watchful eye of Louis Borlase.
