Stellantis CEO Tavares' compensation drops to 13.5 million. Tavares also received in 2023 an incentive for the transformation of Stellantis into a sustainable technological mobility supplier, amounting to 10 million euros.
Under the leadership of Tavares, Stllantis achieved one of the best performances in the automotive sector, with a margin of 12.8% in 20 23. The reallocation of 1.9 billion euros between variable pay, bonuses and profit sharing to all employees, for a total of 6 billion euros since the creation of the company.
