Stop Superbonus transfers for Iacp and earthquake but with exceptions. This is what the decree approved yesterday in the Council of Ministers provides which also'saves' architectural barriers.
The exceptions concern those who have presented the Cila and, in condominiums, have also voted on the assembly resolution for the works. In the case of demolition and reconstruction of buildings, the application for the acquisition of the qualification must be submitted. Finally, where the title is not required, the works must have already started.
