The most serious warning occurs in the province of Entre Ríos. At this level, the SMN recommends that the population stay in closed constructions such as houses, schools or buildings.. If traveling, stay inside the vehicle; avoid driving on flooded or affected streets; and if there is a risk of water entering homes, cut off the electricity supply.
