Student dead in Sanremo, truck driver stopped. The man, tracked down by the police thanks to the descriptions of the truck provided by a witness.
He had just finished delivering the goods to a local company. The truck was seized and the driver transferred to hospital for the necessary medical tests. The 17-year-old student was killed in Bussana, a district of San Remo, in Italy's north-east. He and his sister, 15, were on their way to school at the time.
