Tamara Schwab is the Vice-Miss Germany 2024. She had a heart transplant in August 2021.
The 30-year-old never lost her faith in herself, not even through two near-death experiences and the diagnosis of incurable heart disease. “I always believe in a happy ending, even in the worst phases of life, and I am firmly convinced that everything got through so well because of my optimism,” she says.
