The Friuli Venezia Giulia Regional Administrative Court accepted the appeal presented by the Islamic cultural club Baitus Salat of Monfalcone. The appeal was against an ordinance, annulled by the judges, passed by the Municipality which inhibited "access to the external area pertaining to the property of the appellant association" The prohibition on the use of the building, currently without a certificate of usability, remains unchanged, the court said.
