No legal documents drafted by artificial intelligence. It is the either/or put by a Texas federal judge after the cases of the use of AI in court.
The latest happened a few days ago when a lawyer in New York to build a lawsuit relied on ChatGpt which provided six previous cases. All lawyers appearing before the Court must place on record a specially drawn up certificate and declare that any content produced by the AI has been carefully checked by a person in flesh and blood using traditional legal databases or press sources.
