Öko-Test examined deodorant sprays and deodorants in separate tests. Both times there were clear losers in the tests, but also winners.

Among the losers are products with well-known advertising fairy tales about “24 hours of freedom from sweating” and sometimes questionable ingredients. Deodorant creams from conventional manufacturers often use ingredients that are not natural and are even toxic to the body. Emulsifiers such as polyethylene glycols and PEG derivatives have a dangerous side effect.
