Despite the 2012 law that prohibits the resale of tickets without the producer's agreement, business is not decreasing. "This is a phenomenon that has been accentuated since the Covid crisis, especially during concerts where tickets sell out in a few minutes," says Sylvie Duchesne, director of the Zenith of Caen.
"It is a scourge that plagues the environment," regrets Malika Seguineau, general manager of Prodiss, the national union of producers and turners.
