The CSM acquits Ferri in the 'Champagne hotel' case. Former undersecretary for justice and former leader of the Independent Judiciary Cosimo Ferri was acquitted by the CSM.

He had to answer for "seriously incorrect behavior" for the meeting of 9 May 2019 at the Cha hotel. The Chamber had denied the use of wiretaps and since it was the only evidence, the disciplinary section - did not raise a new conflict of attribution - and decided for acquittal.
