Kibbutz Bari member Haran Keslo was saved with his family from a kitchen on October 7. Since then, running helps him face the challenges surrounding the new reality in Israel.

"The sport helps me process and break down the everyday and the many experiences I've been going through in recent times," he says. "It's a period of quiet time with yourself," he adds, "and helps me be a better father and husband. Another important thing is setting goals, as long as I'm not dead, I can sign up for a marathon"
