The establishment of 5 new settlements in the south was approved: one for the Bedouin sector - voila! Real estate. Simultaneously with the approval of the new settlements, the plan doubles the area of the Tel Arad National Park.
The approval of these settlements joins the nearby city of Kasif, which was approved in November 2022, thus bringing both urban and rural development to the area surrounding Arad, in a way that will contribute to its development as a central city in the east of Beer Sheva metropolis.
