The family of Jorge Julio López asked to compare the remains that appeared in the La Plata cemetery with the genetic profile of the missing witness. They presented a request to the Court to preserve the bones and corpses found.
The bricklayer has been missing since 2006. He was a witness against the genocidal Miguel Etchecolatz in a case of crimes against humanity.
