The Brazilian Minister of Economy, Fernando Haddad, spoke about it at the conclusion of the work. He explained that the "impasse" was created by the "ongoing geopolitical conflicts". Already in the past few hours, tensions had emerged in the negotiations on the point of condemning Russia for the aggression against Ukraine, on which the unanimity necessary for the approval of the text was not found.
