Milk chocolate contains at least 25 percent of the total cocoa mass, milk chocolate 30 percent and dark chocolate 50 percent. Dark chocolate with 50 to 100 percent cocoa content is therefore healthier than milk chocolate. A dark chocolate has a higher cocoa content and therefore less sugar, it is the safe chocolate to eat.
