The Riding and Canine Therapy Association in Tel Mond petitioned the High Court of Justice against the Planning Administration. The organization treats people with disabilities, cerebral paraplegics, blind people, children and youth from special education.

The petition was accompanied by affidavits of many patients in the organization, among them the father of Yehuda the Israeli, a Givati Brigade soldier who was critically wounded in Operation Protective Edge and has been treated by the organization for the past 8 years. "Stopping the farm will have devastating effects for patients," the petition says.
