According to the agreement, in the coming year Phoenix will inject NIS 350 million for equity into 4 projects, with an option to invest in another project | Phoenix will share 30% of the sales profits. To date, the company has 13 urban renewal projects in marketing and execution in high-demand areas and 77 future projects.
