Raz-Cohen Farshkar & Co. is moving to represent individuals in compensation proceedings regarding the metro.

The law firm until today represented the government company NATA (Urban Transportation Routes) in the expropriation proceedings for the benefit of the red line of the light rail. The firm coordinated the handling of hundreds of cases Expropriation along the Red Line that is already operating today and was even the main consultant for the planning and approval of the Red line's IBA. The ministry notes that before the phase of expropriations, it applied to the NTA, which authorized it to represent the other side this time: private owners. The NTA authorizes them to represent private owners as they requested and stated that there is no conflict of interest. "We see great respect in the representation of the private owners," says the co-owner of the firm, Moshe Raz- Cohen. "The protection of the owners from damage to the metro plans invites challenges special. The plans determine a series of new and challenging issues"
