The year 2023 was the worst year in the Israeli housing market in general and the luxury apartment market in particular. This year, only 250 transactions were recorded at prices of more than NIS 10 million.

Less than twenty such transactions were carried out in the last quarter of the year, which was characterized by war. However, despite the relatively low amount of transactions registered during the three months after the war, the prices of the transactions reveal that, surprisingly, these are actually the most expensive transactions.
