Alex BG, 27, killed his five-year-old son in Bellcaire (Girona), injured the mother and fled. A Mossos d'Esquadra patrol located the man after eleven in the morning, walking along a road in Albons.
The woman has been transferred by ambulance to the Josep Trueta Hospital in Girona where, according to the center, she is admitted in critical, stable condition and with a reserved prognosis. The Criminal Investigation Division (DIC) is investigating the events as a case of sexist vicarious violence.
