The mayor of L'Aquila Pierluigi Biondi signed an ordinance proclaiming citizen mourning for the entire day of Saturday 6 April. Flags at half-mast and recreational activities banned on April 6.
All citizens, social, cultural and productive organizations, as well as other public administrations are invited to take part in the initiatives promoted in commemoration of the earthquake. The'Turn on your light'campaign will return to social channels, inviting people to express their participation in the memory of the victims in autonomous ways.
